Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will arrange a courier to pick up the product from your address and guide you through the return process. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via cash or bank transfer within 5–10 business days, and our team will contact you to arrange the most convenient method.
